If I could choose only one fruit to eat for the rest of my life, it would be cherries. Each summer, I look forward to finally buying them again! And more importantly: eating as much of them as I can, because they are only available for two months. That's what is so sad about them, but it makes me love them even more as soon as I can finally eat them.

Ever since I have started my blog, I wanted to make cheesecake. It is not something that has been an all-time favourite of mine though. As far as I know, cheesecake is not a very popular dessert in Belgium. I have been seeing it appear more frequently recently, but that is in little coffee shops with amazing pastries. In bakeries on the other hand, they are nowhere to be found.
