I have an incredible sweet tooth and could probably be eating desserts all day long. But the good thing is, some desserts are actually accepted as meals! Like waffles... Or pancakes. The only sad thing is that they aren't exactly friendly for your bikini body, but luckily I have the right solution for you!
When I first started eating healthier, I loved looking for healthier versions of my favourite recipes. So when I found this incredibly easy recipe, you can guess how happy I was! I know this is a widely known recipe already, but I just had to share this with the people who don't know about it already - because you should!
I'll admit: they do not tast
exactly like pancakes, but they're pretty darn delicious anyway. Even my dad approved, and he's not the biggest fan of sweets! They're also the perfect excuse to make yourself pancakes for breakfast. As if we really needed an excuse for that.. But well, these pancakes will be loved by your sweet tooth
and your bikini! So what's not to love?
Ingredients
for approximately 5 to 8 pancakes, depending on the size
In a large bowl, mash the banana until it is completely fine and mushy. Whisk through the eggs into a nice mixture.
On low to medium heat, add some (coconut) oil to a pan and let it heat up. I like to make multiple small pancakes
(as you can tell), but you can choose for yourself. Add some of the batter to the pan and let it bake for about 30 seconds - until the top starts to set.
Turn them around and let them bake a little longer, until they are golden brown. Hop them all on a plate, drizzle in maple syrup (and fruit if you like) and enjoy!
Ziet er lekker uit!
