It's no secret that I love running. Last Sunday was the most exciting event of the year, the DVV Antwerp Ten Miles! The fun thing is that it's pretty much in my backyard and it's huuuuge. This year, 42.000 people participated and it's always one big party. I first participated last year and this weekend was my second time. I was 5 minutes faster than last year, so I'm rather proud of that! Since I think I still have a runner's high, I wanted to do a post about morning and evening running.

I'm going to be honest with you immediately: I'm proud of these cookies. I was planning on making something completely different (hint: it also contains chocolate), but due to not having enough time, that will come up next week! I didn't have too much time and was looking for something easy but impressive. Lately, I'm all about easy and quick. I love taking the time to make bagels or cinnamon rolls from time to time, but let's be honest: most of the time, I don't have the time to do all of that. So these came in perfectly!

H&M probably likes The Netherlands better, because they have an online shop and they have H&M Home stores! But karma is on our side, since both of those are coming to Belgium! This morning, the online shop launched (awesome karma), so my wallet will be even emptier from now on. There's a Home store in Ghent already, but the one in Antwerp is opening this weekend with a big event!

While I was thinking about what to make for today's post, it seemed like I could only come up with things that either took a long time to prepare or had to be in the oven for a long time. With the lovely weather we've been having the last couple of days, my recipe had two requirements: it had to be no-bake and I didn't want to spend my afternoon in the kitchen. If you haven't yet noticed from my last too happy-posts, Spring is in full swing and it looks like Summer is already trying to steal its spot! I'm verrrrrrrry excited for warm weather and shorts. Last year I didn't spend enough time in my bikini to my liking, so I'm going to do everything I can to change that! Although I love the picture above and strongly believe that's exactly the truth, I'm guilty of wanting to look like the VS models. If you know me in person, you probably know I love a good work out! When I broke my elbow and couldn't do any sport for several weeks, I died a little. In my opinion: the more exhausting, the better. I love giving everything I have and being completely dead afterwards.
