Quest bars

Ever since becoming vegetarian, it's been harder for me to get in all the protein I need. Of course, there are some amazing substitutes such as beans or eggs but at the end of the day, I very often have trouble getting all of my protein in. Protein is very important though, definitely to help my muscles recover after sports. So I found a solution! And it's a cookie..

REVIEW | Essence CC Cream

I am not really a foundation girl, because I don't like the feeling of that much makeup on my face. On most days, I don't really need it either and I'm fine with some good concealer (I'm talking undereye circles). There are days that I do need something more though and luckily, beauty brands have a solution for that: BB & CC Creams. After reading a very positive review, I decided to go for the Essence CC Cream!

HEALTHY | Banana Ice Cream

Although summer is almost over, one summery thing that never gets boring is ice cream! There's nothing wrong with a yummy ice cream from time to time, but the cream and the sugar don't make it really healthy. Today is your lucky day though, because I would like to introduce: easy peasy banana ice cream!

Het enige echte kleurboek voor volwassenen

Ever since I was little, I've loved coulouring and drawing. I didn't have any talent for drawing though, so I quickly gave that up. I must admit that even now, I still love colouring at age 19. Apart from some doodles, I never really use my pencils anymore. Until I found out about 'het enige echte kleurboek voor volwassenen'. Want!

ANTWERP | Wasbar

After months of thinking about it, the very first 'episode' is finally here! I love coffee bars and cool lunch spots and I am lucky enough to live in an amazing city with plenty of fun places to try out. I always felt a little too awkward to take out my camera and take some pictures for a blog post but I finally had the guts this time! So, without further ado: the Wasbar in Antwerp.

Hello Autumn

Although it finally starts feeling like summer after a month of cold temperatures and rain, beauty brands come out with their fall collection already. On september first, Essence came out with theirs, called 'Hello Autumn'. I picked up two items and I'd like to show them today!

LPQ Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

A couple of months ago, I bought a bag of chia seeds after seeing so many people going crazy over chia seed pudding. It looked really good, but really weird at the same time. I was very intrigued by the texture, but I made a basic recipe with almond milk so the taste didn't really wow me. I didn't touch my chia seeds for a while, until I saw coconut chia seed pudding at Le Pain Quotidien.
